There are no credit checks when you purchase property through Price Chop Land. I want to make your land purchase a simple process. There are also no pre-payment penalties, and anything extra over the regular payment is applied to the principal.
I always hire a local title company to close the land sale for us. If you choose, everything can be done by email or mail if you do not wish to travel during closing. Your total closing costs will be $485. You will also have the option to purchase title insurance at your expense if you choose to.
